Indumentis S.A.S. makes shipments to any part of Colombia, shipments will be dispatched the next business day after you make the purchase. Each order will be placed in the company Servientrega or Envia unless you request another shipping alternative through shopindmentis@gmail.com. Once the shipment leaves, we will send you the guide by mail so that you can do the proper follow-up. Our interest is to guarantee that shipments always arrive on time, however, Indumentis S.A.S will not be responsible for any condition that is not within our reach. This includes delays due to weather conditions, interruptions in service or any related conditions nationwide. The shipping process begins when the product leaves the warehouses of Indumentis S.A.S and arrives at the destination address (1-3 business days).

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can change it within five (5) days, counting from the date the order arrives. To exercise the right to a change, the products must meet the following requirements: • They must not have been worn, washed or damaged. • They must keep the original label. • The purchase invoice must be presented • The garments in promotion, have no change. For changes or returns due to manufacturing defects, make your return within a period not exceeding three (3) days after the purchase is made. There will be no extensions and a product will be returned to you in good condition. Indumentis will assume shipping costs.
